Just months away from the Rugby World Cup and the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, we went to the Global Sports Week Paris to see how the future of sport is being shaped! It focused on how sports can positively transform society in the face of global challenges such as climate change, health crisis, social justice and digital transformation. Global Sports Week featured keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, demos and awards, covering topics such as fan engagement, content creation, monetization, distribution, technology and more.
We’ve learned a lot about how to keep the fans happy and witnessed how some big media groups are betting not only on men sports but also on female and paralympic athletes!

Global Sports Week is an international forum that aims to shape, shake and share the future of sport. It brings together leaders and innovators from the sports industry, as well as other sectors such as media, technology, education and culture. It offers a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, insights and best practices on how to make sport more innovative, sustainable and inclusive. Global Sports Week was launched in 2020 under the patronage of the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, and UNESCO. It is supported by various public and private partners, such as the Paris City Council, the French Ministry of Sports, the International Olympic Committee and the World Health Organization.
