From the moment the doors opened at IBC 2025, crowds gathered at our stand to watch piggy races, test our OTT and Second Screen solutions, and see how our experiences can feel truly alive.
This year, the World Piggy Race took the spotlight at our stand: more than just a race, it was a live demonstration of how our solutions can elevate your platform in a different and creative way, with races streamed on our OTT, interactive voting on different devices, and real-time engagement that had visitors cheering for their favourite pigs. What started as a playful activation became the perfect showcase of how our solutions can turn regular content into unique experiences.
Magycal was also a proud finalist in the Best Stand Design Awards, a recognition of the creativity and impact behind our presence at IBC.
Adding to the spotlight, Pedro Centieiro took the stage for a panel on “Engaging the Next Gen Viewer with Personalised & Interactive UX”. His talk underlined how broadcasters and brands can unlock new value through interactive OTT and Second Screen solutions, and generated valuable leads and conversations right after the session.
Beyond the demos and activations, IBC 2025 was about building connections. We met new potential partners, deepened relationships with strategic players, and gathered invaluable feedback from the market, all insights that will shape the next generation of Magycal products.
And of course, the Piggy Race still has people talking (everyone wanted one for themselves!).
